SELLARONDA BIKE DAY 12.09.2026
Saturday the 12th of September 2026 from 8.30 am until 4 pm o'clock all the Dolomites passes around the Sella Group (Sella, Gardena, Pordoi and Campolongo) will be reserved to the bicyclists.
NOTE: For the first time the Sellaronda Bike Day will take place on Saturday!

All bikers to enjoy the Sella circuit without suffering the smelly exhaust gases and the constant sound of car engines. From 8.30 a.m. until 4 p.m. all traffic is barred from crossing the Dolomite Passes.

Explore some of the most suggestive pass roads cycling in the Dolomites UNESCO World Heritage

The Dolomites Bike Day, which celebrates its third edition in 2021, is among the most important cycling events in the Dolomites.


For the Dolomites Bike Day 3 mountain passes, which have written the cycling history, embedded in the middle of the Dolomites UNESCO World Heritage, will be reserved for cyclists.

Bike enthusiasts will have the possibility to cycle on the legendary mountain passes Falzarego, Valparola and Campolongo without worrying about traffic.

From 8:30 to 14:30 the roads linking the Ladin valleys Val Badia, Arabba/Livinallongo and Ampezzo will be closed to motorized traffic and reserved for cyclists. A total of 51 km of riding emotions on the pass roads that have made the history of great cycling.
During the Dolomites Bike Day, a non-competitive cycling event with free access to all bike enthusiasts, many roads and mountain passes between Alta Badia, Veneto and Trentino will be animated by racing bikes, mountain bikes, e-bikes, and even bicycles with baby carriage following the footsteps of the Giro d’Italia and the Maratona dles Dolomites – Enel.


It is recommended to ride the selected route counterclockwise and to keep the right side of the road.
